    Have been paying 7 months of subscription fees and have YET to watch one episode. I can’t download and when I try to stream says “Video Playback Failed”. Tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and to no avail. Please help.
  • Hard to unsubscribe

    Once you download this and subscribe, it’ll be hard to unsubscribe. This app doesn’t show up on my subscription list on google play so I can’t unsubscribe it(when I am actually subscribe to them) and I’m using an iPhone so I’m not even suppose to subscribe through google play, it’s suppose to be ITunes. Yet I found nothing/ still can’t unsubscribe this app on iTunes too. WTH?!?

    I definitely enjoyed the 7 day free trial so I could binge watch Shameless (I know, I’m late), but this app isn’t very user friendly at all. I can’t figure out how to add something to my list and there isn’t a spot to easily return to your recently watched shows. (Not even the “Recently Watched” tab is helpful. It only shows previous episodes that you’ve watched and then you’re not easily redirected to the series from there). Netflix and Hulu have a much better design.
  • Poor performance for such a premium network

    Could definitely use a lot of improvement, it freezes on both platforms iOS and Roku, im playing on a Roku TV through ethernet and it freezes, don’t feel like paying $17 a month for such poor performance.

    HOW DO YOU CANCEL THIS???? I’ve done the “go online to cancel” and I’m still billed every month and no help is available through Apple yet they are kind enough to send me my receipt every month.
