Please create the option to “empty all” trash. Tired of deleting one by one! If spam has it, why not trash?

  • Recently very buggy

A couple of extremely annoying bugs have recently appeared. The first is the apps inability to open an email from a push notification. Tapping the push notification brings you to an “email no longer available” screen. Hitting back (to return to inbox), then selecting the email brings you to it. The second, Outlook is having a lot of trouble displaying complex HTML emails. A great example is any email from The Wirecutter’s newsletter. Images appear then disappear, entire sections of the email disappear. Email is unreadable. Switching back to Gmail app until it’s sorted.

Do not care for how Outlook app organizes messages together. Hard to find certain emails in a string of emails.

If you’re working on a draft email while offline and save it, you’ll lose all your work.
  • Slow to sync

The notification badge for new mail pops up instantly however when I open the app it can take ~30 seconds to sync down the new mails. Not the best experience.
