It is important to me to read the news in print , even though it may be digital ! Like your motto says , “ Democracy dies in Darkness “ ! In these troubling times , we need to be aware of what is going on . The Washington Post has a good mix of journalists , that present views from both sides of the political pool . Thank You .

  • Missing Significant Content

While this app functions reasonably well, it is still severely inferior to reading WaPo content through Apple News for one major reason - limited content. For some reason, a large number of articles are available in Apple News, but are nowhere to be found in WaPo's own app. Even when searching for the exact title, they're nowhere to be found. Search is also terrible, given that you can't even simply search by the author's name and get all of their articles. You can do better, WaPo!
  • Bad app - great newspaper

The app needs a lot of improvements. I have to close the app and open it again to get to the latest news. The subscription should work seamlessly with Apple’s News app. But it doesn’t. I have to log in every time and News won’t link to the app. The way the articles display on my iPad is difficult to read. There should be a font size setting, not just two options where one is too small and the other too big. The Washington Post is a great newspaper. Please find better programmers and improve the app.

Can’t find sports scores - only the main articles. Would like crossword and puzzles on app, as well.

Love the post, love this app. It works flawlessly every time. The one thing that would make me love it even more is if you could enable the “speak text“ function on iPhones for selected text. Thank you for this app & the amazing 24/7 journalism. We need you!!!!!!
  • Login broken, app is useless

Because I can’t login through the app, it is entirely useless. The WaPo is great and I read it on my laptop, but I can’t login because it takes me to Safari and then fails. Too bad, it seems like a fine app otherwise, but I can’t use it.

At the moment my app keeps locking me out and telling me I need to update, but when I go to the Apple store there is no update. Hasn’t been more than 16 hours or so but it’s still broken.
