  • Where is the ‘restore purchase to sign-in’?

Haven’t been able to use my acorntv app on my iphone because (I don’t know if it’s just me?) but I’ve updated to the latest and I STILL can’t find the ‘restore purchase’ option that was there before. Useless if u have an account through iTunes.
  • Ridiculous

Don’t even bother with this....not even the free trial. Acorn has wonderful programs. Unfortunately, the app on our smart TV kicked me out and then would not accept my user name/password. It is ridiculous since I am able to log in on my phone and tablet. Tried to get help via Customer Service and could not get adequate assistance. Now they do not even respond to my requests for help. Cancelled my service and deleted the app.
  • Wonderful programs but..........

So disappointing to have enjoyed the great programs on AcornTV for a year, and suddenly the app is a disaster! Lots of trouble getting access to the app on my IPad. Now I cannot get it to connect to my Chromcast. Ready to stop my subscription but I’ve been watching Acorn more than Netflix and HULU. It’s a real shame.

I’m absolutely in love with your programming, and the latest update makes viewing worry-free. No crashes, no issues whatsoever. Thank you for a great source for viewing my favorite shows.
  • Can’t watch a thing

Update: Hung in until my subscription started and still I’m asked to subscribe then told I already have. Can’t play a single selection. Called Apple to cancel subscription. Never heard from Acorn Support. Subscribed through the App Store for a one week trial and whenever I try to play a show it tells me to subscribe. Then it tells me I’ve already subscribed and refuses to play the show. Rinse and repeat. This trial is certainly turning out to be just that, a trial.

I have used acorn and loved it for two years without any problem...and recommended it to countless friends. I just tried to access my account and was denied access. I deleted the app and attempted to repurchase it without any success. This updated version is a complete disaster. I am eager and willing to buy an annual membership but have been blocked at every turn. Acorn is now awful. I am giving up and going to Britbox....hopefully they want customers!!! You have ruined a wonderful app!

I have to go off WiFi to see content. The problem is with acorn, not my WiFi. My iPhone and iPad miss Acorn viewing. PLEASE FIX. PLEASE PLEASE FIX YOUR PROBLEM.

The app does not work since the update. A message appears saying I have no internet-wrong-or log in and password are incorrect. I can log in on their web site, have sent several request for help and no response. The worst customer service !
  • No One Cares!!

This app used to work for me, now it refuses to open or accept my logon. Yes, the previous reviews are correct. Shameful!!! And, no matter how many times I email for help, no one ever gets back to me. Previously I would’ve given Acorn 5 stars. Now, they’ve blown it!!
