  • For school, this is amazing

    By Peyton Caplette
I 10 out of 10 would recommend. When you’re doing schoolwork and you have a lot of it, it is great to be able to download Google docs on your phone. First of all you can use it on the go. But second, and most importantly for me you can also speak into the microphone. Instead of taking time out of your day and time you could be doing other homework you can just talk into the microphone on your keyboard, and it does all of the work for you. Obviously make sure you check your work before you turn it in because sometimes your microphone does not pickup what you’re saying exactly.

This is easily my most used application. I have saved many an article to Google docs. I have been using it for years now with seldom a glitch! When I heard our state legislature was converting all their documentation over to Google docs—that's when I became a convinced user—and I've never looked back.
  • Very slow for large doc files

    By 09817167
I wait minutes for a doc to open, and another several minutes before it can navigate to the point I want to read. Terrible experience!

The google docs was a great and quick way for me to work on documents but a keyboard and computer would have been way easier and better
  • Love it but i hate it

So I was written an essay in my English class and I clicked something idk what but EVERYTHING. was gone and I could not get it back and I tried going back and it’s due today and yeah. I do have like 2 of the 6 paragraphs that it automatically save. And it would have 5 stars but I have an F in English now so only 3.
  • Great, But I Have One Little Complaint

    By ElliottLincoln2325
(I’m using the iPhone app, by the way) I use this app to read through my essays for school while I’m on the go or just don’t have computer access, and it’s great for that, reading and revising a bit. The one thing that’s annoying is when I’m trying to move the cursor around with 3D Touch on the keyboard, it never shows the cursor on screen, so this fairly useful feature is wasted in this app.
  • Serviceable but Better On Computer

    By Papalebas
It may just be that I’m a first time user, but the docs on computers is a lot easier for me to use. However, I would recommend it for writing on the go.
