    This app is for anyone that wants to get stronger and more powerful. Just stick to the program and you will be happy. I recommend a little cardio on off days to speed up recovery.

    Hello everyone, hope you will enjoying with this app for lifting. Everything is great except one more thing. Plate calculations is not included and you have to use something else for quick calculations.

    Works great. My only complaint is front squats don’t change percentages, it has me doing sets of 5 with my one rep max and won’t let me change the one rep max on front squats to lower the weight.

    Some bugs here and there, also wish some movements had videos explaining what they are, such as 1+1/2*2 deadlifts.

    I love this app! It has made running Sheiko much easier than it would have been otherwise. I have seen some complaints about the app not working correctly but it has run perfectly smoothly for me so far. This app does everything but lift the weight. It times your rest periods, it chooses a program for you (but you can choose a different one if you like from all the various programs that it has), it lays out each and every workout for you, and it tracks your progress. The app has a small learning curve, but I was able to figure it all out after toying with it for five or ten minutes. All in all it was very worth the money!
