    So far so good. First day using the app, but it would be great if it was iPad Pro compatible. I can see the app on the iPad, but it's the condensed small version which. It would be great to be able to see all the graphs on the larger screen. Any possibility of his happening? There are other less expensive training apps out there that are iPad compatible.

    Some bugs here and there, also wish some movements had videos explaining what they are, such as 1+1/2*2 deadlifts.

    I love this app! It has made running Sheiko much easier than it would have been otherwise. I have seen some complaints about the app not working correctly but it has run perfectly smoothly for me so far. This app does everything but lift the weight. It times your rest periods, it chooses a program for you (but you can choose a different one if you like from all the various programs that it has), it lays out each and every workout for you, and it tracks your progress. The app has a small learning curve, but I was able to figure it all out after toying with it for five or ten minutes. All in all it was very worth the money!

    This is a fantastic app from a programmatic standpoint. I'm by no means a professional, but I can say that I have gotten results with it. To me, that's all that matters.

    As most of these reviews claim, there is a small learning curve to understanding how to use the app. That being said, once you are able to maneuver throughout the app, this is by far the best tool for pushing your limits and making gains. The amount of programs available is phenomenal; I appreciate how you are initially placed into a program based on your max stats as well. The workouts can be lengthy depending on how much you rest in between but again, this has been my best investment to powerlifting. *One thing to note, there are exercises such as deadlift with chains or benching with chains, so if you are unfamiliar with that, I would recommend you do your research prior to starting a program so you aren't caught off guard....the videos for the exercises were extremely helpful. Must buy!

    Save your money. There are better ways to manage your training. You can find Sheiko templates by a simple google search. Maybe if this app were half the price...
