    I cannot stress how much I recommend this app on a weekly basis! It’s helped me so so much! I struggle with anxiety, depression, and ptsd and with the help of the exercises on this app I’ve been able to cope and control my emotions and symptoms better. It’s truly a wonderful app and I recommend that everyone should meditate at least a few times in their lives haha:)

    Good app. Wish it had some free longer meditations though. Overall though I really like it it definitely helps calm when down when I’m feeling overwhelmed!

    I signed up for this app, hoping to address my anxiety and inability to sleep. Instead, like every other “zen” app I’ve downloaded, it’s been another unfulfilled and unsatisfactory app to kick the dust and to not meet my needs. After 2 unsatisfying “free” audio walkthroughs, you suddenly have to pay for more. The anxiety associated w paying for all the extra features is adding to my stress instead of relieving it. Maybe if you have money to burn, this is the app for you. It certainly wasn’t for me...

    This app got me into mindfulness. It’s a good beginner app . But it also becomes mundane if you don’t upgrade to the paid app . I find this disappointing and I have moved in to different sources for my mindfulness. If you want something long term this is not it,but a good beginning for those getting started . Hope this was helpful
