    This app is great for mindfulness meditation beginners and for those that have been doing it awhile. There is a lot of free content, of course it would always be nice to have some more, but you don’t get bombarded with ads or requests to purchase more meditations. It’s easy to use, has helpful tips, and I like how you can keep track of your moods and how often you meditate.

    My mind is always running and some days my anxiety is sky high, this app has been so helpful in grounding me and helping me find my calm. I try to do a session everyday and when my emotions are running sky high, I’ll pull it out and do a session on the go. It really is a game changer! Love this app, thank you so much to the creators!
