    Honestly I don’t like writing reviews for any type of apps but like this app IS LITERALLY TO DIE FOR! It’s truly helpful when is comes to being stress and feeling like you just need a moment to collect you thoughts! I love how your able to see your progress and get feedback. I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS but compliments. I love love EVERY SINGLE thing about this app honestly!!!! I would highly recommended to everyone cause I’m pretty sure we all need some time to just RELAX and the app is perfect for that.

    This app has really been amazing for me. A wonderful social worker mentioned this app to me about two years ago and I just finished listening to some sessions and I have a clear head right now. Even to right a review something I never do lol. So that goes to show that this app truly is helping someone out there such as myself. When you need to escape and can’t find the time or just simply ate down and just need a way out for a min this is it!!! A very good tool.

    This is one of my favorite meditation apps, because it challenges you to specifically identify which emotions you’re feeling at any given moment before it serves up meditations. This not only makes the content more relevant, but also helps train the mind to openly acknowledge and call out feelings, rather than ignore them. Love this app.
