    They’ve done a fantastic job of creating a simple app that gives me the tools I need to check in with myself and my surroundings in a way that is convenient and customizable to my needs. 1-5 min meditations that allow me to practice self care in the moment, without barriers or a huge time commitment. I practice between conference calls, at my desk in my office, when I walk my dogs in the morning, and between random to do’s.

    I got this app a little over a year ago as a beginner to meditation. I’ve learned so much since downloading it and have come as far as incorporating meditation into my life regularly now. There are so many options for every kind of mood or feeling you might have. I’ve since upgraded to the full version and I’ll never go back. Highly recommend for anyone getting started!

    This app really helps with my anxiety. It relaxes me and helps to think of the good. I’ve used the app for quite a long time but I remember my first time using it and how I felt. I felt refreshed and happier! I was just in such a better mood. So now when ever I’m upset or need anything to help my mood I use this app!
