This used to be the best RSS reader on the iPhone. Now it’s dead. Dev has abandoned, made free and left it. It’s feeling dated with less features and now it’s not syncing with inoreader properly anymore. RIP Reeder. I will ways remember you.

  • Bad, Just Bad

Update: Not at all impressed with this app anymore. I used to love it, but as of late my perception changed. The developer does not update the app, does not respond to support emails, and does not listen to customer concerns. Case in point - I reported the major flaw noted below, both via email and app review, two years(!) ago - never heard back and nothing has changed. Additionally, the app is 100% inaccessible to anyone who has to use accessibility features. How sad such a popular app is so inaccessible. Critical flaw: It's way too easy to accidentally mark everything as read and no way to undo that! While reading at night I accidentally long pressed and BAM hundreds of articles I intentionally saved to read later were marked read and gone. No way to revert. All my saved articles lost. Very very upset about this. Who even uses this gesture anyways, who batch reads everything above/below an article? I've never once wanted to do that. This should be removed or at very least add the ability to turn this off. Update: This happens frequently, at least once a month. Absolutely infuriating.
  • iOS 12 Update Please

The app works so slow on iOS 12. Noticeable lagged when moving between articles.
  • Updates, please?

I use this all on a daily basis and love it; but it could definitely use some update love, especially in light of recent iOS 12 release. Something changed and now theres a noticeable amount of lag between the time I release the “next article” (or down button) and when it actually changes the page. I know this sounds not-picky, but it is a problem. 😢

I'm using iPad Pro 1st generation and currently latest version of Reeder3. My issue is when I updated to reeder 3, it forced me to fill in account detail rather than old information. While logging in using Feedly, I falsely using a wrong gmail account. After I realized it and tried to delete this account and tried another account, it falsely logged me in using the wrong account without letting me choose from them. It happens even I deleted this app and restarted device. Thanks.
  • Sync between devices requires third party service

    By nomadic yeti
I was quite disappointed to discover that the only way I could have Reeder on my iPhone sync with Reeder on my Mac or iPad was if I manage my feeds through a third party service (e.g., Feedly). I was hoping his app would be my one stop RSS solution, but it’s not. I would love to see support for the completely free RSS service
