I found it too time consuming to use this app while I was working out. The interface seems over complicated to me also.

I love the simplicity of this app. I can track my exercises with ease. One thing I’d like to see is a setting to change the order of the workouts. Currently, they’re listed from oldest to newest. Once in a while, I’ll do enough exercises that I have to scroll down to my current workout to put in my reps and weight. It would nice to have it be able to reverse so that the most current exercise is at the top and as you scroll down, you get to your first workout.

For a while I’ve been looking for a app to track my workouts and routines. The app fits perfectly what I need it to do. This app is simple to use. Only thing I wish it had was if I could set up re-occurring workouts. For instance if I wanted to set up workouts in a certain order and it automatically filled in the workouts for the rest of the month.. that would be awesome...
  • Can’t get through a single workout without a glitch

I want to love this app because it promises a convenient way of tracking my workouts. It’s a lot better than my old post-it note system. :) However, I cant get through a single workout without the app glitching on me. I wish I were exaggerating. When working through a superset, the app thinks I’m finished before I’ve completed all the sets. Sometimes it will just stop toggling back and forth between the two exercises in my linked set. When I finish a workout, it flashes the “completion screen” over and over and I can’t make it stop unless I close out of the app. Other times, mid-workout, the app will become unresponsive and just close. I’ve given the app a lot of chances and I can’t figure out if I’m doing anything contribute to the problem. If it helps, I’m using an iPhone 8. I’m going to try to find another app that’s less glitchy until I can be sure that I can get through a workout without getting mad at this one... :)

I was excited when I found this app and have been using it over a year. Even paid for the premium version. I lift 5-6x a week and like being able to track my lifts as well as have a timer between sets. It was working well for awhile and I loved it, but after one of the updates, it began constantly disconnecting from my phone. I'd get through my workout then hit sync and says that it cannot sync because I have to connect to my iPhone. My watch IS connected to my iphone and this is the only app that has that issue. I'm constantly having to uninstall and reinstall to get it to work. Airplane mode, restarting the watch, and restarting the phone do not work. It's become so irritating that I'm about ready to move on and begin my search for another app. What's the point of a workout app that records your workouts if it doesn't save anything? 😂 Too bad because I used to really love how easy it was to use.
  • Not working as expected

Tried the app yesterday and had trouble from the start. Creating a workout was actually easy and pretty intuitive. Had a bit of a hassle with supersets but looking up FAQ on the website helped. Wish they were accessible in the app itself though. Running the workout did not work as I would expect. The rest timer once added cannot be cleared. The superset I created did not run. Useless. “Strong” although not as sleek in design is doing a much better job.

The app is really simple to use. However, there are a lot of problems when it comes to timers and supersets. Whenever I try to put any timer on a set that is part of a superset, the app does not transition back and forth between the different exercises in the supersets. It’s extremely frustrating.
