  • Great app for all!

Thank you for such a great idea. Loved the app. Wish other cruise lines made this available to their passengers. So easy to use and stay informed.
  • Western Disney Cruise

Had a wonderful cruise. Disney staff can’t be beat!!! Everyone so polite and helpful. Entertainment was good but not as great as other times. Food was excellent as always. Classes and activities were great. Can’t wait to go again ....
  • Sound or Vibration to the messages

    By Ex3kiel
The App worked really good during our trip. The only Thing that I didn’t like was when you received a message you don’t know because there’s no sound in the message or remainder. If Sound are not allowed, at least vibration mode should work!
  • Terrible UI in chat

    By Busboy42
We just finished a Disney Cruise. The cruise itself was fantastic, but trying to use this app for messaging was a disaster. It never honors the iOS notification settings, sometimes generating a very faint vibration, and sometimes doing nothing at all. It timestamps incoming messages with when they were viewed, not when they were sent, so we often found ourselves replying to a message sent an hour ago. The only way to use this app effectively is to keep it open and constantly check it, and even then messages will sometimes linger in limbo for a while until they register on the device. Next cruise we’re going back to using the onboard phones.
  • It’s become too complicated

    By Raiderb*%ch
Two years ago the app was lacking while on board and now it is way too complicated. Some cool new features but overall, too much is not jammed in with back navigation. Biggest feedback, please save the click date. Yes it’s silly but I shouldn’t have to reset the clock for next cruise date with every. single. update.!!!
  • Unreliable and crashes

    By ttickell
App keeps crashing opening messages and when it doesn’t crash they don’t come through reliability
  • Wonderful cruise, app ok

This was our first Disney Cruise and we loved it. Disney has done a great job of offering a lot of activities for kids but also having adult only areas for the adults to enjoy. We were traveling with family who had been on a Disney Cruise previously so we had heard a lot of what to expect ahead of time. All of the Disney employees (cast members) went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. While we were on the Fantasy we visited the Senses Spa almost daily and got a massage one day as well. Both were worth the money to enjoy the downtime apart from thousands of other people enjoying the cruise. On our arrival day my luggage was not delivered to our state room. I inquired at the guest relations desk and a cast member named Erika was able to track the luggage and where it went. As it turns out, Delta Airlines made a mistake and sent my luggage to Detroit instead of Orlando. Then it went from Detroit to Orlando, Orlando to Atlanta, Atlanta back to Orlando, and I finally got the luggage back almost three days later when the ship arrived at Grand Cayman. Delta made the mistake but Disney did a great job to make sure it was located and brought to the ship. Disney also gave me a $50 ship credit to buy a new swimsuit and beach shoes since my mine were in my luggage and I needed them for a shore excursion in Cozumel. I will be writing a complaint letter to Delta Airlines to make them aware of the luggage issue. I have aIways packed extra clothes in my carry on bag for exactly this kind of situation. I can’t recommend a Disney Cruise highly enough and we will definitely be going on another in the future.
  • Needs an Update to Match My Disney Experience

    By CosmonKelly
The Positive... Really enjoyed the on board activities list with filters, tabs, and the ability to select favorites automatically adding to your itinerary. The onboard text ability between room guests or friends made along the cruise by adding in everyone’s personal Text ID was especially convenient when cell/data services can be scarce or costly. Needs Improvement... This is not as intuitive or as functional as the My Disney Experience APP. A considerable amount of information still had to be passed through letters and cast crew members. The Frequently asked questions section is severely lacking having only 6-7 options. The Disney Cruise Line website has ample more information and helpful tips that would be beneficial to include throughout the cruise with this app. A simple cut and paste would severely increase the app’s functionality. So why are they not linked? The app could be used for boarding passes on departure day and link the major events and excursions planned ahead of time. Instead we are left with just a countdown prior to arriving. Why not share the same general cruise information tailored to an individual’s paid trip as you would find on the website? Finally, once you are fully dependent on communicating with the text feature, you reach Castaway Cay where it no longer works on Disney’s private island(???). You are forced to use the Wave Phones (another hardware device).
  • Ok!!!

Good app to navigate throughout activities. My only problem is delay in sending and receiving messages.
