    This workout gives me “full body” in a few min. I’ve done it 5-6 times in the last couple weeks and I’m getting to the point of almost doing all 12 exercises. Once I get more ‘in shape’ I’ll probably do it two times, one after the other ... 😬

    This workout app makes it so easy to squeeze in a quick workout each day. Only 7 minutes required! Seems effective so far because I’m already sore from doing the full body 7 minute workout 2 days in a row. Hopefully this app will help me keep it up!

    I enjoy this app, but the knock is every time they do an update, you have to go into settings to “restore your purchase” to re-unlock your exercises and workouts. Not the end of the world but annoying when your phone auto updates and you have to reset the app just to do your workout.

    I like the app overall. The daily workouts very so it keeps things interesting. However in the latest release the app watch does not sync the the correct daily workout. Today was hamstrings on the phone but the watch showed belly burn which is supposed to be Thursday workout.
