  • VPN blocking internet access

For some reason the most recents app versions has been very unstable with the result of randomly blocking my internet access. It could be on the server side where the problem lies. Edit: It has been a couple of weeks since the above was posted and it has essentially stopped working. When the VPN is on I have no internet access. It just keeps on turning itself on and off blindingly fast.
  • Crashes

I just bought the yearly subscription, my Apple account was billed, but every time I try to login the app crashes. I went to the app community support page, entered my passes order, (which I did repeatedly, checking each character entry for correctness), and a message tells me that I have entered an invalid password. Please resolve immediately or return my payment. This does not speak well for your security or utility.
  • Like not love ...

Seems to be pretty good overall with no performance hit on iPhone 7 but for some reason I am constantly finding the VPN turned off. When I open the app, the content shield icon is flashing and the circle is “circling” like it doesn’t know if it should be off or on. When I click on it, then it’s on- but a day or two later it’s back again to that weird state...hoping an update will fix this. Update - Based on the developer response I went into settings to start collecting logs on 2/12 and the only option is to “collect log” and that option sends the log off immediately to trendmicro. I don’t see any option to collect them and send them to my personal email where I can then forward them - somethings off here ...

Warns against every web page—even most obviously safe pages. Frustrating! Appreciate your response to my previous review. I continue to get this message across top of screen: Website blocked off limits Category Social networking http://connect to Facebook.net — when using google chrome and not searching for Facebook thoughts? timetoletitgo

Use swapped this program from Kaspersky on Best Buy’s recommendation and program extension for another year. Haven’t had much time other than basic set up. So far so good.
  • Love it.

  • Six Flags Resolved!

Ad/Tracker blocking finally came! Now we really can indeed call this the best mobile security app for iOS! …Well, except a Whitelist feature would be nice because “accesso.com", a crucial part of sixflags.com and the Six Flags app is being blocked. Being said, first-party content from anywhere must not be blocked to avoid problems. Only third-party content should be and must be blocked. Allowing third-party content only makes your iPhone more easier to get jailbroken. Update: The absolute reason why accesso.com wasn’t working properly was because the HTTP protocol was tested, while the HTTPS one was not, causing an endless loop of unnecessary blocks!
