Reach out to us at Connecting to the Internet in the parks: Without a strong Internet signal, wait times, park hours and schedules may not update accurately. You can see if your device is connected properly by checking under Settings. Note: Some features in this app will require your full name, country, birthdate and email address, as well as access to your location data. If Bluetooth is enabled on your device, this app will also collect your precise location information through beacon technology in order to improve your in-park experience, such as wait times. To facilitate the sign-in process, the app will also require access to your email address, stored within Account Manager. This app will request access to your camera to scan credit cards for purchases, link tickets and passes to your account, and scan and link PhotoPass cards. The app will request access to your external storage to cache certain data for offline browsing. The app will request access to your contacts to assign purchased PhotoPass images to your contacts. Optional planning tools may also ask you to provide details about your travel party. Some features in this app include the ability to make purchases and will require a Wi-Fi or mobile carrier data connection. Guests must be 18 years or older to make purchases.   • Push Notifications not working at all

    Since they updated the app which allows you to select which notification is pushed to the iPhone (which would be a great feature) none of the push notifications are working. Please fix!

  • Linking passes not working

    Linking my passes didn’t work and had to wait an extra hour at the guest services line to get into park. Terrible experience 100% Disney’s fault.
  • Dining Reservations

    This system is flawed. When booking at your 180 days out, on this app or online at 6am and keep getting errors! Need to call in, that’s not right.
  • System stinks

    I have Been in the system for over 30 minutes now and can’t make a single reservation! It just keeps telling me the system is busy.

    I would rate it higher if it wasn’t so frequently buggy. It made me sign in multiple times when I indicated a finger imprint would do. I had the wait times disappear while using the app. The park map froze up as well. Yet when the app worked correctly, it was great. I very much liked the mobile order option for food. For developers, I recommend they have the map automatically orient toward your view/direction for clarity and ease of use. I would also request emergency information be easy to find (such as the location of first aid stations and other assistance contact information and/or locations). We had to go for an emergency and were misdirected By cast members. We ended up using a paper map. I recommend users download the Shop Parks app to go with this one. I scanned desired items at shops. When items were available by mail, we could purchase via app and not be weighted down by purchases at the park or risk breakage or losing them on the flight home.

    You knew I was flying in and using the Magical Bus, yet you put me and my family in the farthest room from the bus stop and the closest room to the parking lot, when you know I don’t have a car with me on this vacation.

  • Fast pass + is a must

    Fast pass + is a must to minimize some of the lines. Getting to the parks early also shaves down some of the waiting time. Listen to FLORIDA on YouTube (Terry Hensley topic) to help celebrate your Florida vacation!
