In my opinion it’s just a glorified front end for an in-app purchases I started to do that fit in this test and was in able to complete it because of an interruption and couldn’t restart it good and delete it and it was just there
  • Crashes too much

The app crashes when you try to take the workouts. Over it...
  • Good but has “known issues”

The app is great for guided workouts, but if you have a versa and run coach from the watch it double records your workouts. One entry for “fit star” and another for “coach”. I contacted support and they basically told me it is a known issue and they have no timeline to correct it. I have had the issue now for almost 8 months. It makes me wonder why they aren’t proactive in fixing bugs, especially for a paid service. If you just use the coach app you won’t get accurate heart rate readings (I was in a cardiomove and the reading was much lower than my actual heart rate). If you partner it with other apps it won’t transfer accurate calorie burn data because it thinks you did 2 separate work outs. Buyer beware.

  • Nothing free

There is no way I'm going to pay a monthly fee to do the same workouts over and over. If I could purchase each workout and have access to it, like if I were to purchase an actual workout video, instead of a monthly fee. I wish I could make my Fitbit app STOP spamming me trying to make me get this!!!!! Also there are barely any workouts in the free platform, so there is no benefit to downloading unless you are going to pay.

I don’t see beginners low impact excersises for people with asthma and heart diseases.
  • It’s good but you have to pay

It has good workouts but you have to pay money each month to do pretty much all of the workouts I miss the old version
  • Not for older folks

With baby boomers being the majority of people, I’m surprised that the exercises are geared to physically fit young people. Even some workout videos had the older person on the side doing a modified version of the workout, absolutely no option here. Very out of tune to people with limited abilities who need to be active and exercise.

I am unable to sign in with Fitbit credentials, even when I try to open the app from inside the Fitbit app, where I am already signed in. Have reinstalled, no luck. So confusing. What a waste of time.

It’s OK, but the coach is too loud and you can’t hear any of the background music. Not really too impressed with the coaches either. There was one who was using being a rock star as an analogy to get through an interval walking workout on the treadmill. It was so bizarre I had to just take my earbuds out and just watch the screen for when to switch. Plus, I wanted to listen to my own music, so I had that playing through an external speaker. But it did give me ideas for making the treadmill more bearable.
