I originally bought this when I was in nursing school to look up drugs quicker because I didn’t want to search through the hard copy book all night before clinical. Now that I’m a floor nurse it’s even more convenient. I can search drugs in a matter of seconds, look up interactions without having to scroll through 1000 pages or google. I recommend buying the app, I use the app a few times a week minimal, at least a few times every shift.

Numerous drugs are missing from the data. I’m talking about popular drugs, like Zofran. Every time I try to update the content, the app just kicks me out and I get nowhere. Really frustrating since this is an app I have to actually pay for. Extremely unsatisfied. Also, good luck contacting support. Now I have to find a new app, and try to get my money back from this one.

I have actually use this app for several years and have loved it up until this past year. The app keeps crashing, wanting updates very frequently. Anytime an update as do the app just repeated the crashes until I uninstall and reinstall it. I’m very disappointed with that this year and I paid the yearly fee and have a been able to use it

Please do not ignore negative reviews, they are correct. Unfortunately this drug book was a requirement for my school, so I decided to make my life easier with an addition of this app. Purchased annual subscription not even 24 hours ago, and I’m getting an error message when opening app that my previous subscription has expired. I checked my subscription through iTunes and App Store and it says that my subscription is good for another year. I tried restarting my iPad, still no luck. I tried it on my iPhone, same error. I woke up today super early so I can study for my today’s exam, and I started making drug cards yesterday on my iPad for medications I need to know for today, so this is a major fail. When clicking on app support, it takes me to a website that has an error message with another website address, upon copy and paste it takes me to main website that has nothing to do with an actual app. Searching for app support through the website, it only took me to two topics that have nothing to do with my issue. I tried calling main support technical number, and I’ve reached them outside business hours, if putting a product out there that is meant to be used anytime I need, then be ready to have someone assist with issues. When preparing for an exam every minute counts, and so far I have lost plenty of it because of this application, currently dealing with apple support.
  • Don’t Buy This!! Too Buggy to Use!

I like the print version of this app, so I downloaded the app and subscribed (Yes, they have my $24.95). But the app keeps telling me to purchase the full version (the free version wouldn’t open), and when I say OK, it tells me I’m already subscribed, but then when I try to use it, it says my previous subscription is expired. And it has no record of my email or password. I hit the Support button for subscriptions, but the support address is changed and my browser doesn’t recognize the new address (so $24.95 for frustrating experience). I’m using iOS 12.x.x

I bought the app, and it won’t allow me to use it. It keeps saying my subscription is expired. A one year subscription expired in two minutes??? It wants me to purchase it again. I have the email receipt, I know the purchase went through. And now nothing. $25 for nothing. What a scam! I want a refund!!!!
  • Junk. Don’t do it.

Have used it his in past with older iPhones without issues. Now I have an iPhone 8 and I just renewed my subscription but it won’t let me access it!!! Same issue as some other reviews below. I have contacted customer support twice. If this isn’t resolved soon, will file dispute with credit card company. Wish I had read reviews before purchasing.
