Don’t offer a 14 day trial and when you confirm the trial switch it to the year subscription. I wanted to see how the app worked before purchasing. The 20 minutes that my 2 year old played with it weren’t impressive. The sounds take to long to load, she figured out how to “beat” the game without playing because it took to long to load the sounds for the what do you hear game. Showing the same 2 things during the 2nd round she knew that it was the other picture of the bat. So I’m not happy that I was charged $60 for an app that my child won’t have the patience to sit and play because it’s too slow.

After the latest update, the app has forced user to pay for either 1month or annually, no more access to free contents. Seemed we don’t have a choice but have to pay or delete it.

There was free content available then with the last update all the games are only available via subscription.
  • Glitch? Or forced into free trial of Premium?

Downloaded the app, entered language/age and signed in with Google. Then it brought me to the Premium info page and will not allow me to proceed to any free content without either beginning the free trial or subscribing. I’ve closed the app, restarted phone, deleted & redownloaded app, etc. and each time I open the app now, I am brought directly to the Premium sign up page. There is no way to close that page to access free content. Total bummer as I’d rather not do the free trial yet.

You cannot play ANYTHING without making a n account and giving your children data over to this company and their “affiliates” they probably change on a daily basis. No thank you.

Very annoyed because i tried to select the 14 day free trial and was automatically charged $65 for NOTHING, avoid this app at all costs. I demand a refund immediately.

Like what I see so far but, as a retired teacher with toddler grandkids, I see ZERO need to give a score. This should be an option.

How is it that everything educational you have to pay for? YouTube is free. How crazy is the fact you can go to McDonald’s and pay three dollars for a heart clogging burger but pay nine dollars for a healthy salad the world we live in 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️
  • Unauthorized charges not worth $1

I was looking for a good educational app to work on basics of colors, numbers, etc with my 2 year old twins. I never authorized a subscription and was charged $64.99. We rarely use this because it’s not that great. When I tried to contact the company you can only find an email and I’ve never heard a response. Warning don’t download...not worth it!!!
