    So I love it it helps me fall asleep and is just amazing I love listening to the sleep podcast but sometimes all of them are locked and most of the stuff is locked but other than that it is great.

    I’ve been using headspace for 30 days. After three years of words-based therapy, I have found this to be the most helpful tool in creating space between myself and my emotions. I had only two strategies for handling emotions: Bottle them up and ignore them by distraction OR letting them take over me as I tried to “understand” them. Headspace showed me a third way by focusing my attention on my breath and observing the emotions and then eventually letting them pass by. I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me. I feel as if I’ve gone a thousand miles from where I was 30 days ago. One note on this app that I don’t love; it holds onto old streamed meditations. It has nearly 1GB if streamed content downloaded on my phone even though I haven’t saved any meditations for later. Please update so it doesn’t save so many files in the background.

    Well like most people I though this was crap for a bunch of weak minded people. Turned out it works and I feel more able to handle my life and think clearly . I’m truly grateful for the ability have my chill again .

    Please, less talking at the end of the meditations. It’s really distracting when the narrator goes on and on about worry, after I just did a meditation on noting/managing anxiety. Instead of stating negative tendencies like worry, the narrator should focus on positive choices like continuing to use noting through out the day. I love this app. I love these meditations. They help me manage an immensely stressful job and financial situation, but please, less talking/chatter at the end of the meditations, and I’d the narrator is going to talk at all, let it be about positive solutions like practicing throughout the day.

    I have been using Headspace for three years. I do it almost every day asn helps me to keep balanced. It helps me to get back to sleep when I get awake in the middle of the night with my mind full of anxiousness or problems. It really works, I recommend thia to my students, I teach negotiation and it is very important to have a clear mind and a lot of headspace when you negotiate
