    This is a decent app for tracking your SL5x5 progress. The Power Pack adds some nice options but has one glaring omission - that being, you can’t reorder the assistance lift from the order they are presented in the list. One “workaround” is to create custom exercises and use an A, B, C format or A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, etc. And editing custom exercises is limited once they are created. Normally, you just have to delete and recreate the exercise if you need to change a parameter other than the weight increase.

    The app itself works...well. I’ve used it for a couple years. It’s a good app, however, there are flaws/bugs that are have been in the app since I’ve started using it. It would seem that the developer has not looked at the actual app in a while, but instead focused on promoting the app via its website, ads, articles, etc. I would love to rate this app 5 stars. However, the blatant disregard for cleaning up the app, and instead a pure focus on making more money has caused me to temporarily reconsider.

    This app kicked my butt the first time I used it. It’s weight calculations are on point if you know what your best weight is for each workout. So far I like this app a lot.
