The app constantly crashes. It is too unstable to use ! There was nothing wrong with the old version. Did anyone test it before it was released ? Someone should lose their job over this fiasco !

The new app is painful to operate compared to the old version. New user interface not nearly as user-friendly. Pretty sure I’m going to have to find a different app to use.

Why keep changing how to do things when they work fine in the first place, ie signatures...

I’ve tried using this app for filling out forms and combining pdfs. They nickel and dime you for everything. To add insult to injury, for some reason the comments get shifted and appear in different areas on the final copy. ...and the app crashes.

The new Adobe Acrobat app was an attempt to make it a little fancier. Now the listing of your PDFs show a little icon. But the result (and I have a pretty fast iPhone 8) is that it freezes or is “laggy”. Please, Adobe, either remove the icon feature or allow it to be turned off. It’s not worth the decrease in functionality.

Used to love this app, now I hate it since it updated with iOS 12. All of my folders disappeared, so organization is gone. It’s really counterintuitive to navigate. Has Adobe gone Apple and lost their senses? Listen to your users, not some child you hired in California.
  • The latest version deleted the alphabetical shortcuts on the right of the screen.

WARNING!!! DON’T LOAD THE UPDATE, YOU WILL LOSE ALL OF THE WONDERFUL FUNCTION IN THE LAST VERSION! Before you do anything, look at the dates on the ratings. All of the positive ratings are prior to this update! Yuck, when a foot pedal is connected, the only effective search was the manual search through the alphabetical listing on the right of the screen. Now I have to go through extra steps to share, to rename and to search. The app was made more annoyingly complicated and the type is harder to read. Great way to ruin a good thing. I’m now adding that this app is staggeringly slow. I used to be able to scroll through my huge songs list with a brush of the screen; now it doesn’t even move. This went from a useful tool to trash in one major bad change. Time to search for another app. Wow! It’s worse. Search” doesn’t even work! Type in anything and it brings you to “A” In the alphabet. Apparently someone doesn’t know that a search routine should follow standard alphabetical sorting and not just bring up a dump of anything. For example typing a “w” and then searching should bring up everything that “begins with a “w” and the balance of the search should be alphabetized. Plus it is incredibly slow in entering data! OMG........went from Great to Junk In one update. Warning: DON’T LOAD THE UPDATE. It may be due to IOS 12 or Adobe, not sure. Seriously, it’s really bad. Even “Scan” has been removed!! Holy cow! It must be that Adobe simply wanted to gain users then pull the rug out from under for the money.
