  • Just missing a few features

    By Scooperdad
The primary futures work great. For me, that is real time speed. I have to pay for the upgrade package to get it, of course. But it never seems to lose their GPS signal like other apps. I wish it showed temperature and the current time. Of course iOS shows the time at the top of the screen, but it’s way too small to see you while you’re riding. Although Strava doesn’t have a dark mode, you can re-create it with dark mode in iOS. You can set the Accessibility settings so that dark mode turns on with three clicks. That’s easy to do mid-ride.
  • Keep up with the neighbors

    By Lil' Baj
I recently moved to a new city and immediately found several neighbors on Strava. They keep me motivated to keep moving. Thanks to Strava for the motivational platform!🤓
  • Accountable

Strava keeps you accountable for what you do on a day to day basis.
  • Best cycling app ever!

If you want to keep all your data and find new routes, and meet people all over the world this is the place!
  • Not usable for me because maps only point North

    By Jacobthegreat66
I’d love to use this app while biking but the map is locked to only point north instead of orienting itself in the direction of travel. To bad, seems like a good app otherwise.
  • Good app

    By Tommy Unger
Right balance of upsell vs functionality. Appreciate connecting with people around the world. Wish multi mode adventures were more easily tracked.
  • Latest update runs sloooow

    By Len Novak
The latest update , the program runs really slow
  • I paid for this?!!!

I do not like this app. What is the point of having the app on your phone when you have to use your desktop to look at any real data? And how hard is it to make changes to something as basic as your shoes? This shouldn’t be that difficult, especially for the annual membership price. I wished I would have done a free trial - oh wait, they don’t offer one -BECAUSE NO ONE WOULD BUY IT. The NIKE RUN app is a thousand times better- more user friendly, easier to navigate, provides a training schedule you can edit to your schedule, you can change what shoes you wore on the app, it tracks your mileage, pace and elevation more accurately and...and.... it’s cheaper. I won’t make the mistake of using/paying for this app again.

  • Makes me appreciate Runkeeper so much more

This app is the worst! I downloaded it to participate in a running contest with some friends. My loyalty to them is all that kept me from deleting the app the first time I used it. It is not at all intuitive, is less accurate than any other running app I’ve used and the worst part is the Share setting. It is automatically enabled to the Everyone setting and there is no way to know that, until you inadvertently post your first run by saving it. I’m coming back from an injury and am currently so slow I can’t keep up with my running group. Just getting out and moving again is a painful challenge and seeing my worst times posted for all the world to see made me want to give up rather than keep going. Fast or slow I’m not a person who likes to announce all of my activities to the world but this app only allows workouts to “count” toward challenges if they are posted for everyone to see. I couldn’t stomach it so I made most of my runs private and only posted enough to keep participating with my friends. I think the creators of this app should really reconsider if posting publicly should be a requirement to participate in challenges. Why does my effort only “count” if I brag about it? Shouldn’t it be enough for me to work privately to reach a personal goal? If my followers don’t see my run, did I even get off my couch?
