App Reviews

  • Miss being able to submit paper receipts

    By Charmed824
I used to love this app. Now I can no longer submit my paper receipt and let my savings build up to use for future purchases. What’s the point of even having this app anymore?
  • Unable to use Walmart pay

    By Ammodes
About 3 weeks ago my Walmart pay will not scan at any registers. Have been unable to obtain help from anyone. Just an app taking up space now.
  • Shipping Can’t be Trusted

    By Coffeeshopkitty
I will never shop this way again. No one is accountable when your items arrive late and no one cares.
  • Bring back savings catcher

    By Ciara72
The new Walmart pay is ridiculous and a huge inconvenience. Please bring back the old savings catcher and uploading receipts. I absolutely despise the change to Walmart pay, and will be doing my shopping elsewhere for the majority of my items now.

i’ve used the walmart app for a while now, even though i didn’t save up a lot i still loved it, now with the new update i can’t upload receipts unless i link my cards to walmart pay.. i do not like that at all!
  • Worthless App Now

    By OrangeBlossom627
Unless you want to add your credit card or debit card to your account, the app is now useless. Does Walmart not realize that people are afraid of having their identity stolen, and don’t want to put their credit/debit information on every site/app, and have the chance it will be stolen? Also, not being able to scan your receipts would be fine.. but having to scan the machine inside Walmart is stupid, for the plain and simple fact that 9 times out of 10.. their WiFi doesn’t work right and doesn’t even bring the app up! I have brought this to their attention many many times.. I even offered them a solution of, why not let us type in our phone numbers... but, nooo. They just don’t want you to save money and want you to think you are... they want you to risk your debit/credit information being stolen as well!
  • App not recognizing QR code

    By jat0428
For the past week, the Walmart Pay option will not recognize the QR code when I check out. Please fix.
  • Completely useless now that Savings Catcher is via Walmart Pay ONLY

    By Btatro1174
I don’t use debit cards to buy my groceries and I certainly don’t like Walmart dictating that they will pull funds from my account instead of having the option to use the cash on me. So now your app is useless to me. I liked that I could previously save up my savings in Savings Catcher and purchase a little something for myself from time to time, but now you require me to electronically pay for all my purchases to be able to use that feature. It’s not worth it to me. I’m finding less and less reasons to shop at your store all the time.
  • Not a good product.

    By Sigl-Tempus
Requires multiple apps without explaining why, clunky implementation of mobile paying, will require physical security checks at seemingly random intervals without notification. Personally led me to a situation where I had to cancel a purchase because they wanted me to have the card I was using for the mobile payment system on my person. If you have to always have the physical card, why would you ever use the mobile payments? I’ll stick with Target, as they have a better environment for mobile users.
