  • Password recovery

I knew my password but it didn’t work..tried to recover and it said unsuccessful after 3 tries. Then it magically opened with the original password. So far I’m not liking this. Having to log into LastPass to view membership numbers, passwords etc. is time consuming. I don’t know of a good solution
  • Often Fails to Work when Utilizing Multiple Devices

I so want to love lastpass but frequently it causes me more headache than good since it often fails to update quick enough to be able to toggle between devices without a bit of struggle.
  • LastPass for iOS

The information about LastPass for iOS.is sparse and scattered. It does not adequately address procedures for iPad. A lot of the advice directs the user to go to the LastPass icon on the browser tool bar. There is, of course, no tool bars on iOS browsers. This is only one of many blind alleys that LastPass instructions led me down. Almost nothing worked as advertised.

I can not stand that you can not speak to a person by phone.
  • Another price increase with no advances

Have your QA team attempt to log into the mobile site on an iOS device. The mobile login takes you to a desktop login. Asking me for USBA Yubikey for my iOS device which it can tell I’m using because it tells me it does. A 200% increase in price but these bugs persist.

Functions well. I just wish we could add the logos of companies to the LastPass database.
  • Doesn’t always work in-app

This app works on its own, but often just doesn’t open at all in-app.
  • With every update, it never gets fixed

I’m too locked into the software now to back out. Do yourself a favor and don’t choose this app. For months now I’ve been unable to update my passwords in the apps. It just constantly says it gets and error and try again another time.
  • Almost perfect

This one thing I'm not enjoying that there isn't a way that every time you open the app it will request only the touchID, overall it's perfect! Good job.

why is there no way to identify the random mobileUUID so that I can know which ios device corresponds to what when I look at the trusted mobile devices on the web?!
