  • Gain weight option won’t work

    By Jon Jon Mango
Great app!!! But it won’t let me select “Gain Weight” as my goal and it just glitches out, other than that I love it!
  • Trash

I took a picture of Blue Diamond Almonds, Bottle of water, and a Butterfinger and the app thought i meant steak, gatorade and coffee. Save yourself the time and money and keep journal.
  • Ugh

So not worth the price for premium if you want your Fitbit to sync. Hasn’t synced in two days now.
  • App isn’t tracking Apple Watch exercise calories right anymore

    By buss down thotiona
This was my favorite app for a while. However, in the past few days the calories burned number is random and nonsensical. It’s lower than it should be and the ability to change your fitness goal no longer functions. This all after i just upgraded to premium too. Happy to continue paying if the app works as it should but if not a refund should happen. Please reach out to me if you guys need user feedback / bug replication.
  • Bad customer service

I would like a refund for this app. I requested via email per lifesum instructions and received a response about longer than usual wait times. They have never responded back to me at all. The app is pretty easy to follow but has limited capabilities. You cannot pull in recipes which makes it impossible to track and very limited food choices after awhile. Great things is ability to scan bar codes & ease of use. But customer service is very important to me for any service so due to that situation I would not recommend it.
  • Connection Errors

    By Yubeli
I recently got the premium subscription and i’m trying to connect my account to facebook or email and it won’t let me! i click on it and it doesn’t take me anywhere or let me do anything. i’m trying to start a meal plan but can’t do so without creating an account. please help! i love this app.
  • It’s alright?

    By Averie🍟🍟
This app is pretty decent, I like seeing the smiley faces about my meals, although I think the food ratings are a bit unfair. The app says things like GRAPES are unhealthy. I also think it’s pretty frustrating when I workout and want to eat a “larger meal” instead of a small meal and then multiple snacks that I can’t.
  • Has the potential to be a really good diet app

    By S4nte
This app looks nice and is generally easy to use but there’s a few things that get me frustrated while using it. I’ve only been using it for 9 days and I paid extra for premium. The water tracker is buggy. Not all the recipes listed under “keto” are actually keto. Like, hello. And there’s not a lot of recipes offered. When I make and track one of their recipes I can’t change (or add/delete) an ingredient if for example I don’t like avocado and left it out or I used 2 tablespoons of oil instead of 1. I need a food tracker to be accurate - especially if I’m paying for premium. Btw, you can edit your own recipes that you enter yourself. Another thing that bugs me is their food database is so bad that you’ll find yourself entering nutrition info for half your fridge and pantry yourself if you’re interested in accurately tracking your macros.
  • Wish I had done a free trial

    By Manda323537
I like this app don’t get me wrong, but there are things that I wish this app had that other apps do. For example, adding our own recipes and the option of not including our burned calories for the available calories.
  • Demand a refund!!!

    By add paypal
Tried this app and it’s stupid it’s just a calorie tracker and recipes for ridiculously expensive meals the average joe can’t afford. Signed up for a year because it seemed like the best offer but after using the app for not even an hour I want a refund.
