The RP Diet App was designed by nutritional experts and data scientists to do one thing and one thing only: GET YOU RESULTS! This app is NOT A TRACKER. You don't type in the foods or macros you eat. This app is a DIET DESIGNER and COACH. It tells you what to eat, not the other way around! There are tons of tracker apps out there, and many of them are very good. But this is one of the only diet coaching apps. If you're frustrated with your diet and just want a clear but flexible plan to follow, this is the app for you. The RP Diet App takes the uncertainty out of your hands and guides you every step of the way to your fitness goals. You log in and tell the app about yourself, including your current schedule. You also tell the app about your next goal. You can choose to lose fat, gain muscle, or maintain an athletic physique at peak performance. Based on the goal you choose, the app designs a custom diet that fits your schedule, but it doesn't choose your foods. For each meal, YOU get to choose the foods you eat from a long (and growing) list of healthy options, and the app automatically tells you how much of these foods to eat so that you're on track to meet the goal you set. The app will remind you when it's time to eat your meals and when it's time to step on the scale to track your progress. By inputting your weight just a few times a week, the app will automatically adjust your diet every week to keep you on track. What does this mean? It means that you don't have to fret or worry about your diet anymore. You just have to choose your favorite healthy foods, eat when the app reminds you, and watch your body transform. When you have serious goals, don't leave them to chance. Leave them to science. While the app accommodates countless ways of eating, it's not yet currently configured to support vegan diets or the schedules of night shift workers. Both updates are coming VERY soon, and the vegan diet option is already well underway in development and promises to be very, very powerful and easy to use.     This app is SO easy to use, it reminds me, recalculates, and is hands down best nutrition app Ive used. The team is always helpful and responds quickly to any questions Ive had. Ive lost 13 lbs, 3 inches from waist, 2.5 from hips, and added 1/2 inch to quads & calves all in 8 weeks

    I’ve really enjoyed this app. It’s very personalized, and I feel like I can trust the process. Really love how it adjusts based off of weigh-ins throughout the week. The updates are great. Being able to add multiple protein (carb and fat, too) sources is a big plus. A couple areas of improvement: -I previously did a “cut” that I ended early. I wanted to adjust the end date/goal weight, but the app didn’t allow that. -I was disappointed that it didn’t save my data (weigh-in chart) when I ended the diet and went into maintenance. Overall, I like this app. Slight changes would be nice, but I plan to continue to use it.

  • Miss the old version

    I miss the simplicity of the old version. It work great for making my meals up in the fly, and copying them where needed. The new version is cumbersome to use.

    This app works for me. I am loving it. My first go round is with a fat loss diet and I am seeing the fat fall off my body. My wife is very impressed! The app gives a lot of options and has opened up a lot of new foods to my family. Totally happy with this program! I am 6 weeks into the 9 week program and I am eating a lot and dropping the fat. I do workout 5-6 days a week on top of following this program.
  • Makes it easy

    I’ve done the templates before and had times where I felt like a mathematician due to all the calculations. With the app it’s no question just slide the bar. Also love the meal reminders so if you get busy and forget, the apps got your back.
