  • Fantastic fasting app

    I use this app every day, after trying out several fasting apps, and I could not be happier. I love being able to see the graph of my past fasts which is motivating, I love being able to set my target for each fast I start, and I also like being able to make notes that I can look back at later. I haven’t been tracking my weight on here (really like happy scale for comprehensive weight tracking) but plan to start so I can see this and be extra motivated with fasting. I’ve lost more than 45 pounds in less than four months through a low carb high fat diet and intermittent fasting, and this app has been a great tool in that journey!

    It will not let you edit times. Also, I did a fast yesterday. It will not let me add.

    Loved the app when I first got it and bought the pro. Only problem I have Now is the timer. It used to show me how many hours I had fasted now I’m not sure what it’s showing now. Wish the developers would explain what it’s showing now. I do long fast that last 120 hrs usually and it used to show like if I had went 46 hrs it would show that, now it doesn’t.

    Test drove the others and this app is the best option overall. I have been using the basic version for a couple of weeks now and will most likely move up to the PRO version soon.

    I used it a few times with great success until it started asking me to create an account. I'm tired of being forced to create accounts to use apps, it unnecessary. Never using it again

    I am really enjoying this app. It’s easy to use and I love how it not only tracks your fast but also your window. The only negative feedback I have is that when you’re looking at the bar graph it does not display your fast time. I’m also thinking about upgrading to the full version but there isn’t a clear explanation of what the added features do. For example what exactly is a heat map and how will it help me in my journey.

    Easy to use; works all the time unlike the last fasting app I was using; chart your weight each day; visuals on week's progress are great. Developer is hands on and responsive. I really appreciate this app!

    Pretty awesome idea; I’ve tried intermittent fasting before, but always would forget when I started and ended. Great app and definitely helps to hold me accountable!
  • Issues with user interface

    I would really like to like this app. However, there is something wrong with the user interface. Graphics or overlapped so that it is impossible to read or use. There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact the developer through the app, either. All I can say is that at least I didn’t pay for it… Butt basically useless.
  • Cut out snacking

    Used app for 3 weeks. Focus eating when fast complete, eat healthy meals, cut out negative snacking completely. Able to lose weight, change bad eating habits. Really useful app!
