  • Worst ads ever.

    By Shaun Conlin
I came here just to review their ads. While I enjoy “demo ads”, I do not enjoy ads that aren’t made to fit the phone, and hide the “X” to close the ad. With the ads from this game, they like to randomize where the “X” is, which is a clever trick, and a great idea. However, there have been many times when an ad for this game loads, and even a minute later (long after you’re done with the demo) there isn’t an “X” on the screen to close it, resulting in you losing whatever progress you have made in the game you’re playing, because the only way to escape this ad is to force quit the game.

  • No support with spam and harassment

    By Blame Yespa
Our server (253) “Chocobos Territory” has been completely bugged for almost a week because a single player is running dozens of spam bots in the Realm chat room. This is causing a lot of glitches and problems (disappearing monsters, constant game crashes, text disappears when you attempt to input, to name a few) in addition to the complete shut down of the main chat channel and disabled block lists. We submit tickets for assistance with the game (many have put money into, buying $100 upgrade packs etc) and after days of constant glitching and crashing, no replies from customer service. Game is free to play but upgrade packs cost a lot, and most people spend at least a little money to remain competitive and not be farmed out of existence - and then there’s terrible support from customer care should you need help (or your realm is disabled by a troll.) -This person also harasses players with constant automatic attacks, rallies, and scouts using bots and macro commands (imagine your device continually flashing red and alerting you every two seconds of a new attack, which is canceled and resent over and again for upwards of 8 to 12 hours straight.) So far he has faced no consequences for his actions despite many reports of this sort of harassment. Game is/was fun, but with little to no customer support for issues, trolls and hackers get away with a lot, it’s basically unmonitored despite thousands of dollars pumped into it by pay-to-win whales, rendering it a tremendous waste of time and money. Find a better version of this Game of War knockoff from a different developer who invests at least a few of those dollars they make into decent customer service. By the way, this company offers no refunds and iTunes only refunds the most recent purchases. If this could happen in our server, it could happen in any server. And by the time it happens to you, you’re out money for a game basically rendered unplayable because the developers don’t care about players once they get your money. Unless they seriously shift priorities (NO SIGN OF THAT AS OF YET) avoid this game. Avoid other games by the same company. Not worth the eventual headache if you actually invest time or money, some idiot troll with bots can completely overload and disable everything, and apparently nobody will do anything about it. I hope they sued for selling such a lemon.
  • Price gauging

    By KyleTDM
The game is ok but the prices on these player pack are ridiculous first starts with $5 then $20 then $50 then $100. The trick is if you buy a lower price item it’s no longer an option now you are forced to buy a more expensive pack. It’s right down manipulating. Honestly if they offered lesser price players pack at $5 maybe it be more attractive to buy. At least reset the price lower after a while cause the game becomes a turn off after a while.
  • the guy on the front of the app looks weird

  • Needs lots of money

    By Gibbiezee
Unless you plan on shelling out 100s of dollars a week or month even you won’t get far in the game. I’ve dedicated time to make up for the fact that I cannot spend money so frivolously. You just can’t stay safe...the players who spend money are supremely more powerful and constantly rebuilding after each attacks takes a lot more time or money. So this game got boring quickly.
  • It was bad

The game just was not good at all. I would not wast your time buying.
  • Beware: Deceptive practices

Stay away from this game as the game mechanics are geared towards Pay to Play. I have been dealing with customer support which is nothing more than a sham auto reply—do not spend any money on this game. Square Enix is damaging their reputation and legacy by partnering with a shady company such as MZ
