  • Does not refresh

My husband and I downloaded this app and put all our info into it and we’re immediately impressed. Looking very much forward to using its service. However, after 4 days the accounts still have not refreshed. I’m pretty frustrated as there are no directions for troubleshooting. Hoping it starts working soon or we’ll give up on it.

This is one of the best couple money managing apps out there that I have found (it would be even better if you used some of the ideas thar prism has, where you can pay from the app and it also is more current to your accounts and updates sooner)

  • Please add manual sync!

My accounts always seem to be days behind no matter what I do and I never have any pending transactions listed even though my bank websites do. It would be nice if there was an option to manually sync between all accounts to get the most up to date information (like a sync button, or swipe down to sync manually). It’s hard to fully switch over from mint.com because at least mint is usually current to the day if not hour.

Would like a color coded pie chart to show where our expenses are being used.

I love the way the app is organized and how easy it is to use but it doesn’t support Ameris so I can’t use it.

I really like the app. Very easy to organize everything. However, I wish I was able to refresh the data and get the latest and greatest expenses to post in the app.
  • Great idea but can not connect with TD Bank

This is one of the biggest banks in America and is one of the first banks you can pick from when you go add banks but then I get a message saying the app doesn’t support authorization from one of THE BIGGEST BANKS IN AMERICA. Are these people for real? How many other banks does this pretty but low function app not support. PS being unable to manually add charges into a budget in case you use cash instead of card to buy something is inane. That’s budget app 101.
  • Doesn’t.... do anything

I was excited to use this app and connected all the accounts, but there were immediately weird issues. One of my bank accounts just shows that I have like 25% more in it than I actually do. It’s listing transactions from the 18th, but my balance was never even close to what it showed on that day, and the balance has never updated since. I was thinking I was going to be happy with this app on day one, but after having it a few days, it doesn’t seem to have loaded a single transaction from either my or my girlfriend’s accounts. Literally the only thing it has done since I checked it last night is unassign a few items I had assigned on the 18th. It was a nice way to categorize purchases I had made this month up till the 18th, but I suppose it will now be frozen in time, forever commemorating my finances up until - and no further than - June 2018. (This problem is across all accounts and my girlfriend’s is the same.)
