App Reviews

  • Workout is great but....

    By Feebz2188
Nutrition is pretty confusing. I wish he went in-depth into giving examples on the nutrition instead of just stating “1 serving”
  • Can’t log weight amount used

    By BNJohn27
I would like to be able to log weight used but I don’t see anywhere to do that.
  • Great workout.

  • Could be better

I would like to be able to log weight used.
  • Update issues

    By Danny MacArty
The app was having issues playing videos. I then updated the app now it’s telling me I have to pay for a subscription?! Everything was free to use for the past 3 years I had the app! Now this app is unusable for me.
  • Personal Trainer for $8 a month

    By Tony R, Seattle
All you need is a personal drive and this app.
  • Loved the program

    By titan 2114
This program was awesome for someone who was willing to take the time to spend an extra hour at the gym. It included an hour of lifting weights with an hour of cardio which helped me become lean and ultimately my greatest self. Will do it again in the future
  • Very beneficial app for those who are serious about achieving results at the gym.

    By Josh23458976
It’s like having a personal trainer with you at all times. Keeps your workouts in order. Having the work out plan laid out for you keeps you motivated. Lots of nutritional advice from Chris. You can view the video of every exercise so you know you’re doing it correctly.
  • Tracking

    By Carl1787
Like everything, but I wish I could track my workouts.
  • Love it

    By tori_kate
This app is really helpful and convenient in the gym. My only complaint (and maybe I just haven’t figured it out yet??) is that you can’t mark each individual set and with how many # you used, you can only mark each full workout as complete. I’d like to be able to add the weight I used and if I wasn’t able to get to a certain exercise for future reference.
