Sure, you have to upgrade to premium to get some of the good stuff, but the free version of the app is still incredibly helpful.

Signed up for cheaper electricity through them. I love their premium service that helps me manage my subscriptions. Highly recommend to anyone who cares about a better tool for money management. Ditch mint!

SOMEBODY NEEDS TO GRT AHOLD OF ME RIGHT NOW. I cannot express how angry I am. You were supposed to lower my bill with no changes to my phone account. Well guess what? YOU LOWERED MY PHONE ACCOUNT. Now instead of the amount of data I need, you’ve lowered it to an amount of gbs that is way to low for the amount that I use. I am furious! I’ve emailed you twice now with no response. And I’m supposed to pay you 160$ for this? Are you kidding me? On top of that, the plan that I was on before is a plan that Verizon no longer has available which means I’ll be paying MORE money when I get this fixed! What a joke

Was told they would negotiate my bill down for AT&T and Direct TV combo. They claimed to have done so and charged me $96 dollars up front and my bill never even went down. Beyond angry.

I had them negotiate my Internet with Xfinity, I told them that I had blast Internet and hbo currently for 62$ a month. They negotiated the same bill two times. First they raised my bill to 92$ a month for blast Internet with some premium channel that isn’t hbo but somehow they wrote this as saving me 15 dollars a month. Then before I even saw the notification that they negotiated my bill “down” they negotiated again to bring my bill from 92$ a month to 77$ a month for hbo and blast Internet. They which to them is saving me 180$ one the course of 2 years and charged me 72$ for the savings. So now I have the exact same service for 15$ more a month without any explicit authorization from me and they charged me 72$ upfront. They’re customer support won’t get back to me either. I checked my Xfinity account and they already have changed my monthly bill to 77$ I have my invoices proving everything and can hopefully get this fixed but I don’t I’ll save any money in the process it will end up costing me time and probably money. Don’t negotiate bills through this service.

I’ve been trying out a bunch of different budgeting apps and this one started out decent. It does show you upcoming bills on a calendar which is nice and all. However, I wanted to see what premium offered. So, I went and bought the monthly subscription. When I realized there really wasn’t much to it I wanted to cancel. So, I spoke to a representative (Hannah) and she said quote, “We’ve gone ahead and canceled your premium subscription. Feel free to continue using the free version of Truebill.” This was November 11th now it’s November 14th and I see hat last night I was charged for their YEARLY subscription of $35.99 and this ALSO sent my account into overdraft meaning I also ended up paying the overdraft fee of $35. I looked more into the app and it says I’m still receiving premium when Hannah said I would no longer have access to it. I’m waiting to hear back from their representative again but I’m overall not happy with the app and very frustrated with the whole ordeal. Not what I wanted to wake up to.

I love the app. Upgraded to the premium because it’ll save me more than it costs. Already has on day one.

I signed up and used the bill save feature. BE CAREFUL! They changed the entire account and deleted certain things, signed a 24 month contract without getting our permission first. I thought we would get a chance to review it before numerous changes were made! We were getting ready to cancel our At&T acct but now are STUCK in a contract!!!
