  • The best 5/3/1

This is not only the best 5/3/1 app but in my opinion the best fitness app I’ve ever used. I paid for it after the trail strictly out of principle because they did such a good job.
  • trouble over time

app forgets assistance sets over time greatly reducing continuity and usefulness. this leads to frustration which affects sessions and inconvenience trying to reconstruct progress. problems with saving and restoring. have stopped using it because of this. a shame as the interface was very nice.

I love this app. I have used a few others but this has everything I need/want to run the program. I have recommended it to two friends that use it as well.

Hats off to the developer of this app works flawless for first month of use and beyond. Must test yourself and be honest with your 1 rm and stick to the program. The app is the bridge from 531 the book to real world does fine print for you just have to do the hard work stick to program. So once again thank you to developer of awesome app much appreciated!!
  • Numbers on main page

Love the app, but what exactly do the numbers on the main page mean? It doesn't match my training max or estimated 1RM.
  • Great app

Not sure if I’m using it correctly but I get stronger every week. Not sure if it’s supposed to read as *1* set 1-5 reps, set 2-5reps, set 3-5 reps for a total of 15 reps or if it’s supposed to be *2* 1 set of 5, 2 sets of 5, 3 sets of 5 for a total of 30 reps. It makes a big difference especially with BBB lifts from either *1* 5 sets of 10 for 50 total reps or *2* 15 sets of 10 for a total of 150 reps. I have been doing it *2* with lots of reps, I increase my 1RM every week but when my main lift says 8 reps in set 3 to best 1RM I do 3 sets of 8. ???
  • Now it is a five+

Developer responded to my review with a little insider info, “Long press on the weight amount and a box will pop where you can enter weight in digits!” Old review: Would have been 5 stars but the only way to change the weight in a lift is by using the +\- at .5 increments! Might be away to adjust the rate of change in the settings but haven’t found it. The authors get major props for the options and functionality they built into this thing!
