Seriously, Uber? You couldn’t be bothered adding landscape mode for hungry users with iPads in horizontal holders? Do better Uber Developers!

This would be the third time that I place an order and when the time came for the food to reach its ETA they would call saying they couldn’t find a driver and ask if I want to wait for another 40 min ridiculous will not be ordering from Grubhub again

First time using Uber eats in Washington, not using it again. The app itself works fine, just not good customer service overall. Used DoorDash multiple times and never had a problem.

I have been using this app for about 6 months. Originally I had no issues but the last two times I ordered there was no option to tip my driver. Considering Uber is based on ratings, I’m sure my rating is going down because of the apps inability to allow for in-app tipping, which used to not be a problem. “Support” gave me a laundry list of things to try to “fix” the problem but none of them worked. One of the big points of paying through the app should be the ability to tip through the app. Not sure if this is a problem based on an update but if I can’t tip through the app then I’m going to have to go back to Delivery Dudes.
  • LAZY DRIVERS

It's no secret that Uber Eats drivers are lazy. They'd rather be doing regular Uber driving to make more money but are too stupid to turn off Uber Eats delivery on their driver app. In the wildly rare event that your food does arrive, it'll probably be cold. Save yourself the headache and order with Postmates or DoorDash.

The restaurant delivered only half the order. BUT, Uber issued a refund for the portion that has not been delivered. At least they made it right. Well.. except I was still hungry.
