    I would give it 5 stars because I think it’s a great program, but the time it requires (mainly for meal prep) is a little unreasonable for the average person. If they could come up with recipes that are quicker (and cheaper) that would earn them the fifth star in my opinion.

    I’ve been using this app for 2 days and I can already see the different in my enthusiasm for working out. I love that it’s interactive and keeps you in check. I’m on of those people that loves to be organized and check things off my list so it’s so helpful that I can see everything I need to do in the app and check things off and see everything laid out before I even do it!

    The most functional workout app I have ever used, with SO many different kinds of workouts! It guides you each step of the way, even giving you food plans with the workouts. Only con is that sometimes it glitches and you can’t see the movements you are supposed to be doing, just the names- this is pretty rare though. Overall a great app if you won’t a trainer, but don’t have the money to spend on individual sessions

    Great workouts, love the interaction & keeps you on a routine. A little pricey but I don’t pay for a gym membership so I’m okay with it! I’m doing the 12 week challenge right now, can’t wait to see my results!

    Perfect workouts for someone that only has an hour but wants a good workout. I’ve been through bbg and bbg stronger and now I’m working through pwr. I feel the strongest And fittest I’ve ever felt. The app is easy to use and pretty straight forward.
