    Bought a live webcast and it didn’t work. Super bad technical issues. Archived playback is just as buggy. Customer service is super mum about a refund. I’d think twice about giving nugs any of your money.👎

    I love this app and use it regularly to follow Umphrey’s, but my least favorite thing about the app is that it will stop playing music after a phone call isn’t answered. I usually listen to the app in the shower and if the phone rings and I don’t answer it, the music doesn’t continue playing once the phone stops ringing and it’s really annoying.

  • Expired purchased Unwatched webcast

    I ordered the Dead and Company live HD webcast for the final 2018 show. I purchased from their app, paid with my iPhone and sure enough there was the concert in “My Webcasts.” Everything was good to go. Some friends all came over to do the “couch tour” and watch the show from my living room and we loaded up nugs to watch and the video was gone! I contacted Nugs through email many times and each time, Nugs blamed Apple ITunes and told me to get a refund from them. Nugs would not fix the problem, would not let me re-buy the concert because it had expired from their site!!! No explanation of why it was gone, even said they don’t even see I purchased it. I took a snapshot of my iTunes receipt and sent it to them and they still wouldn’t fix it. I paid for it and it expired????? I was willing to pay $30 AGAIN and they did nothing about it. I called ITunes customer service and they said it was 100% Nugs’ responsibility and terrible customer service. It was pretty sad having to watch a grainy YouTube concert instead from a totally different show than the special last Dead and Company concert that we had planned.

    It seems this app does not want to work properly. Every time I use this app, it skips songs and always crashes. I really want this service to work so I will not feel ripped off paying the HiFi price monthly but always seem to be let down whenever I get my hopes up. I hope this is able to be rectified...a complete disappointment, especially when paying $26 a month!!!!

    Customer service was very helpful in resolving issue, which was my fault to begin with so just revising my review. Great to be able to stream dead and Company concert recently saw.

    I don’t understand how this is supposed to work because when they scanned my tickets on my phone to get in the venue I can no longer pull up the barcode. This must only work for paper tickets. Need to resolve this. A lot of us have tickets but can’t access our show
  • Bad Stream. No response from customer service

    Paid $30 for a dead n comp stream and it skipped and buffered for 3 straight hours. Had full service on a brand new iPad. Wrote 2 emails to customer service letting them know that my $30 purchase was completely defective and I never got a response. Do not buy streams!!!!
  • Skips songs all the time

    Love the content but both streaming and downloaded concert playback has an issue where songs get skipped ALL the time. This is really obnoxious and should be elementary in the app development.
