The app used to be decent at best. The app is no longer working on my iPhone or iPad.
  • $8.99 for what?

I am paying $8.99 per year? For what? It’s slower than dial-up. Arbiter’s own pay system doesn’t work on it’s own app.
  • Works, but it’s clunky

It does the job of scheduling and blocking stuff out pretty well. This biggest problem is connecting it to arbiter pay, i usually end up having to use the website because the app can’t do it.
  • Useless.

I paid $8.99 for the subscription and it said there was no charge to my account because the transaction couldn't be completed. Meanwhile, my Apple iTunes account amount decreased by $9. I called Arbiter tech support and main office after attempting to refund the charge through apple, and couldn't get through to anyone. I was never called back.

Not liking the Apple version. Harder to use and can't see all your accepted games or newly assigned games on opening screen. Calendar is harder to read too. Definitely not paying to renew this next year.
  • Why charge?

We get charged a fee for the state. We get charged a fee our association. We get charged a fee to get our money from arbiterpay after we earn it. Now you want to charge for an app? Come on now. What are all the fees for??

Arbiter charges our organization a fee for every referee and then the assignors charge a fee for every referee when it's not included in our dues. Not happening!!!
  • Waste of money

You release the app but don't tell people they have to pay to use it? You guys need your heads examined. Ain't happening. Edit: think that name was assigned by Apple.

Push Notifications (available in the app settings) are an awesome addition! Makes managing my schedule on the go so much easier! Not sure I could go without this now

This is a good addition for having all the information I need on my iPhone. The partner information was much needed.
