    After an update about a few months ago, I noticed some connectivity issues with my 1080 dome camera. Especially during reviewing past events, I would suddenly lose connection to WiFi. I’m hoping another update will fix this issue, I’ve only had these two cameras only about a year and a half now. I’m hoping this issue will be fixed in an update, I already did everything on my end even a top of the line Gateway and Modem and more stuff that I probably really didn’t need. I already spoke to support about the issue, I had these cameras for over a year and support said maybe I should consider buying the new camera....? Why and have that only last a year too until app interface problems happen. It didn’t do this until one of the recent updates. Now, I can see other people are having connection issues too...

    I have had multiple cameras (4) for the last 7 months. The work fantastic, picture is very clear. My Only problem is that they don’t send message when there’s Movement . Any help is appreciated.

    One of my camera connection is great, the other constantly drops kbs straight to zero. Which is the amount of stars I want to give because of my frustration. And no response from their support team.

    I have two YI 1080P cameras and now when I go to reset my activity region it freezes up and I have to reboot each time! My neighbors is doing the same thing. Can you please do an upgrade to get rid of this problem? Thanks
